Oh boy! HKAL has consumed my soul. GAO MENG.
I haven't been here since f7 started.

Actually, I've moved. Xanga is easier to manage. But I'll make sure something is done about this. I'm not going to waste denbo's space.

It's Sunday, 28th August 2005, and what I know about 7P is

1, Big classroom, small class. 7P classroom is bigger than 7A's or 7U's or 7L's; and 7A, 7U and 7L has more student than 7P. 7A almost have double the amount of students of 7P. XD
2, Chemteacher is our class mistress.
3, We have 7 CL&C lessons and one less free lesson.
4, There is no Sing Fang, but there is still Iddy.
5, All 17 in panic mode.

what I know about HKAL
1, Marathon
2, 2 days Chinese followed by 2 days English. No rest. Even if English requires zero revision, give my fingers a break.
3, Biology: 11th April 2006
4, Chemistry: 26th April 2006
5, Physics: 3rd May 2006
6, Release of results on St Paul's Day. That is so very nice =_=

Another Movie Recommended 2:18 PM 112460720457965005

Accidentally discovered Le Pacte des Loups (aka Brotherhood of the Wolf) while switching cable channels late last night.

[Summary from imdb.com]
In 18th century France, the Chevalier de Fronsac and his native American friend Mani are sent by the King to the Gevaudan province to investigate the killings of hundreds by a mysterious beast.

My comment: The first French film I have ever seen. I refused to listen to the cantonese dubbing like I do when I watch Japanese drama and I struggled. This was the first time I have ever relied completely on the subtitles. They were blinking so fast I wish I knew French. I could only catch single words and short phrases like ecoutez and bonjour monsieur.

The story is divided into many layers and watching the title character uncovers thems one by one is indeed interesting but the process was a bit predictable. Nevertheless, it was worth my 2 1/2 hours.

Other things worth mentioning: Vincent Cassel and Mark Dacascos are such eye candies :P

Doctor Zhivago
[Summary from imdb.com]
A Russian epic, the movie traces the life of surgeon-poet Yury Zhivago before and during the Russian Revolution. Married to an upper-class girl who is devoted to him, yet in love with an unfortunate woman who becomes his muse, Zhivago is torn between fidelity and passion. Sympathetic with the revolution but shaken by the wars and purges, he struggles to retain his individualism as a humanist amid the spirit of collectivism.

My comment: Very very striking tale. For the thoughtful, not for the superficial. Prepare to cry.

Why did I watch this: To see Keira, of course. To not see Keira in a serious role is a shame for die-hard fans like me. And because, I love tragedies.

Favourite character: Lara Antipova :P Deeply flawed and so irresistable individual - and I mean irresistable, in the intellectual sense.

Least favourite character: Yury Zhivago (though he is widely considered the hero of the tale). Also deeply flawed but he cheated on his wife, left her watering the vegs, while he lay in the arms of Lara.

7 out of 10.

My maid just walked out two days ago with no noticable signs.

At 11 I woke up and was told we would have no lunch because the maid just vanished from sight together with her belongings - Well, a pair of shorts was left hooked behind the door actually. I have never anticipated that to happen. My whole family was sitting at the dining table and dad gave me the octopus to get takeaways.

Quite frankly, I had wanted to have this woman sacked two weeks after she first arrived. I must have done some good deed to have my wish of 16 months granted finally. Maybe I helped keep the door of the lift open while a small kid tried to race into it. Or maybe I haven't been smacking Bdb in the head lately.

Bro is happy too. No one will ever knock the cannons off his ships anymore; no one will ever leave his planes with broken jet engines; no one would leave holes in his face towel; and no one would ever put his underwear in my drawer and mine in his.

I think the air smells fresher and the bathroom would more often be vacant.

The agency reckons she's running away from some loan sharks because she also disconnected her mobile phone. Previous maids have left unpaid mobile phone and visa card bills behind, but all of them completed their contract before they wipe up their arses and go.

Isn't it a shame on yourself when you just walk out of something incompleted? All my life I have struggled to finish every task I am given no matter how difficult it was for "RESPONSIBILITY". All my life I have done everything to maintain my integrity as a responsible person and I have expected the same from every person I know.

It is sad to see someone just three years my elder to live life as if it's a joke. Maybe a lot of people in this world can be labeled her type, but I'm not one of them.
