dealing with chaos 8:11 PM 110613804378379853

Amy just flew off to Japan. Thus, the entire "Smile with Glee" work came down to me. I wonder why aren't the vices doing these stuff. I'm not complaining. I act according to the guildlines my boss left me, simply because I'm a responsible member of The Board, unlike someone.

So far I've been managing these stuff quite well. I've met with the supervisor of the nursery, thrice; collected all the forms; completed the schedule and close to finalising it with JYu; done a piece of letter to the parents and is going to let JYu see it tomorrow.

I've been doing my job as the vice of The Club as well. I've been doing samples with The Club, reporting stuff to my president and also my moderator.

We received overwhelming response from the nursery kids and their parents. There are 75 of them (I mean families) are coming, all squeezed into 8 time slots from 12 noon to 5pm, including 16 in the 12 noon slot. JWong said it would be okay for her, (well not for us). Let's see how would she make us deal with this.

Prefects might possibly be the most irresponsible monsters on the planet. Well, I'm an exception, obviously, and Yu Ma, and Gracie Lin. The Board was supposed to help out for the big day, but refused to do so because of scheduling conflicts with the HKU Campus Tour, which isn't a mandatory event. I signed up for that too, but I'm responsible. So -

The green-badged prefects of the disciplinary unit were the best scapegoats. Many of those who previously agreed to help out pulled out and -
I don't know. That's someone's (who is equally responsible as I am) problem. She wouldn't see the supervisor with me. As a result, I'm bound to do the public relations and she has to do WHAT IS LEFT. Plus, she's partly in charge of the disciplinary unit. There is no way I interfene their internal affairs, right? I'm totally and unmistakably correct.

Good. I've realised I've grown up over the months. I don't chicken out when I have to see the supervisor. Well, maybe because I got Gracie Lin as company.

Matriculation seems to be very sobering indeed...you grow socially in F6, and you grow in character in F7...

Either way, we're coming out of this much stronger people, so that's a bit of reward for the crap we have to deal with!

@_@ In what respect of character have you grown in?

i agree with den that form 6 and 7 do make people stronger... i dunno to what extent i grew in form 6, but at least i learnt more about how to deal with people...

Den, I suppose she's grown in some ways that we will never recognize...but...to me, she's always the low b bun :D
